After the materials arrive, find the 0° position of the anaerobic tank plane according to the drawing, and then start to surround the first layer of panels. The left side of the first panel of the first layer is installed on the 0° line, and the installation starts from the right side of the first panel. For the second board, before installing it, apply sealant to the joint between the first and second boards, then align the screw holes, put on a few screws to lock and secure, and so on to connect the first layer of imposition. It is best to form a circle, adjust the outer shape to make the whole thing neat, and install the first layer.
The first layer is spliced directly on the ground foundation. When splicing the second layer, the first layer needs to be raised so that the second layer can be installed. After the first layer of splicing is completed, install the lifting device of the tank. The lifting device consists of 15 hoists and 2 motors. Each hoist can carry 3 tons, and the total weight of the tank is 45 tons. (The total weight of the tank installed in the early stage is not high, so only half of the elevators need to be installed to lift it. When the tank reaches a certain weight, all the elevators need to be installed.)
The installation method of the second layer is the same as that of the first layer, but the upper edge of the second layer board should press the lower edge of the first board, and the joint between the upper and lower layers should also be coated with sealant, and the screw holes should be aligned. After the final splicing is completed, leave one board uninstalled to facilitate personnel entry and exit. When installing the third layer, seal the board. Then lower the elevator to let the entire tank fall to the ground and the lifting rod is also lowered to the position of the lowest layer. Fix the lifting rod. On the bottom layer, the tank can be raised, and after the tank is raised to a height of 1.3m, the next layer of panels can be installed.
In the middle of the third layer of panels, an inner ring plate for placing the three-term separator needs to be installed. Sealant is also applied between the inner ring plate and the panel and then connected with screws.
After each layer is installed, sealant should be applied to all the seams inside and outside the can. The seams on the outside of the glass lined bolted steel tanks only need to be coated with a layer of glue with a glue gun. The internal seams should be coated with glue according to the position and the number of screws. The internal glue needs to cover all exposed screws.
Note: The amount of glue applied to the internal transverse seams: Apply 900g of sealant to the location with low water pressure, equivalent to 1 and a half tubes of glue; apply 1200g of sealant to the location with high water pressure, equivalent to 2 tubes of glue.
The amount of glue applied to the internal vertical seams: where the water pressure is low and the screws are in 2 rows, apply 1200g of sealant, which is equivalent to 2 tubes of glue; where the water pressure is relatively high and the screws are in 3 rows, apply 1800g of sealant, which is equivalent to 3 tubes Glue; if the water pressure is high and the number of screws is 4 rows, apply 2400g of sealant, which is equivalent to 4 tubes of glue. )
Every time the tank reaches 2 levels, a stirrup needs to be installed on the outside of the tank to prevent the tank from deforming after being filled with water.
A circle of stirrups also needs to be installed on the bottom layer of the tank. The function of this circle of stirrups is to fix the position of the entire tank.
By analogy, all 15 layers will be installed, and the anaerobic tank will be installed.
Board to board splicing: The boards are connected by sealant and screws. When splicing, the joints between the boards need to be sealed with sealant and then connected with screws. (There should be no water on the panel when applying glue. If there is water, the sealant will not stick and the seal will not be tight, which will cause the tank to leak)
The splicing method of boards and boards: the lower board is pressed on the outside of the upper board, and the right board is pressed on the outside of the left board.
Every time two layers of boards are installed, a stirrup needs to be added to the outside of the tank, mainly to prevent the tank from deforming after it is filled with water.

(During the construction process, all the internal and external board joints are glued to the same height as the construction.)
